Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland, as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. At the same time, we operate as an independent provider in the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. Your Tasks
- Core Development: You will drive the development, software architecture, testing, and ongoing support of our e-commerce platforms.
- Release Management: Together with your team, you ensure the continuous and smooth deployment of new software releases.
- Knowledge Sharing: You actively participate in preparing, documenting, and sharing technical knowledge.
- Agile Mindset: You live and breathe agile methodologies like Scrum with enthusiasm
Your Profile
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Go, PHP, databases, Git, and API technologies (REST API).
- Forward-Thinking: A strong interest in emerging technologies and modern AI tools.
- Architecture & Cloud: Knowledge of—or a keen interest in—microservices, containerization, and cloud technologies.
- Domain Interest: Ideally initial experience in e-commerce application development, or simply a strong passion for the e-commerce space.
- Languages: Good English skills; German language skills are a plus.
