Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland, as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. Your Tasks

• Own and drive the roadmap for our software-defined networking platform, with a focus on scalable cloud networking, platform APIs, automation, and production reliability.
• Work closely with engineering teams to shape features, clarify scope, support pragmatic technical trade-offs, and prioritize the backlog based on customer impact, platform stability, scalability, and long-term platform direction.
• Work hands-on with the team where it adds value, such as technical analysis, prototyping, automation, debugging, or implementation support.
• Use incidents, troubleshooting outcomes, customer feedback, and operational pain points to drive continuous platform improvement.
• Ensure requirements, decisions, and priorities are clearly documented and communicated across stakeholders.

Your Profile

• You have a strong engineering background in cloud infrastructure, networking, platform engineering, or a similar technical area.
• You have experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Lead or in a similar role
• You understand cloud networking concepts such as software defined networking, APIs, Kubernetes, automation, virtualization, or platform operations, and can translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to complex technical and operational topics.
• Effective communicator, with the ability to clearly express complex ideas in both written and verbal formats.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, proactively taking ownership of challenges.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility for the availability, quality, and long-term health of our production systems.
